This Night/After Birth Pad by Ellas House is so soft and slim. It is a 12.5 inch long all in one hemp fleece pad topped with cotton flannel and with an internal layer of waterproof but breathable naprap for extra protection. Hemp fleece is well known for its superior absorbency and these pads are slim. The wings fasten underneath with a snap.
