This Honour Your Flow mini pad is approximately 7 inches (18 cm) and 2 inches (5 cm) wide when poppered closed, and suitable for light flow days, ovulation days, menstrual cup back-up or everyday wear. This pad is topped by one layer of natural organic cotton velour with lovely breathable wool backing. The poppers are made of nickel free metal. This pad can be washed in a normal wash but it is recommended that it is not washed above 40 degrees or dried in a tumble dryer as this can warp it.
